Where do I ship?

I currently ship within the United States (Contiguous 48 states, Alaska, & Hawaii). 

However, I am open to shipping internationally. If desired please contact me via email for a quote.

How is shipping cost calculated? 

The shipping cost is determined by the total weight of your order, handling, and the location of the final destination. 

How long will it take for your order to arrive?

I aim to ship orders within 5 business days of ordering via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS.

Due to demand your work may ship earlier or later, but all orders are shipped ASAP. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking info once I ship out your package. Ambivert Ceramics is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Is pick up available? 

Not at this time. 

Will your order arrive safely?

I take great care in packing and shipping orders. However, if an article of artwork arrives broken in an undamaged package, please take a picture of the packaging along with the damaged goods and contact me via email within 24 hours of receipt. If the damage was due to manufacture, I will replace the purchase with goods of equal value or refund the purchase.

What is my return policy?

I will accept merchandise exchanges within 5 days of delivery of an order if there is stock available in an item of equal value, excluding all shipping costs. The items must be returned in the same condition you received it in, without wear or damage.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs of their purchases and exchanges; these charges are non-refundable. 

Please note: When shipping your item back, I strongly recommend that you pack the items very carefully and that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package.

Pottery from Ambivert Ceramics is food, dishwasher and microwave safe unless noted. However, damage from the user in the form of drops, bumps, crushing, etc., are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. To get the most life out of your purchase, handwashing is encouraged.
